Dallas has always loved the outdoors and spending time outside. From the time he was a young child you could always find him out playing in the dirt or begging to get in the tractor with his dad or grandpa. Now that he is older you will still find him playing in the dirt but now he gets to actually drive the tractors. Those years of growing up on the farm raising crops and cattle instilled the values that Colorado Country Landscape & Design is built on today. Hard work, attention to detail, and good old fashion respect run deep through Dallas’ veins.
After leaving the farm, Dallas went to college and graduated from Colorado State University where he studied Environmental Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design and Contracting. While in school, Dallas was President of his department's club and went on to win multiple student landscape competitions. Since graduating college, he has also completed numerous certifications including his certified irrigation auditor and certified landscape technician.
Before graduation, Dallas obtained a position with one of Colorado’s largest and most award-winning companies in the state, and worked there for 7 years before taking the leap to start his own business - a dream he has had his entire life.
In his spare time, he enjoys many other outdoor activities including spending time at his family cabin in Canada, fishing, hunting, and ATVing. More than anything though, Dallas’ favorite thing to do is spend time with his beautiful wife, daughter and their Labradors, Kenzie and Tikka.

Growing up just south of Denver, it was never a competition whose dad had the best lawn in Jerome's neighborhood. When you grow up with the greenest grass on the block, you're bound to get caught up in this industry!
After learning from the best, Jerome went on to Colorado State University to take his skills up a notch, and graduated with a degree in Environmental Horticulture, with an emphasis in Landscape Design and Contracting, and a minor in Construction Management.
Before graduation, Jerome joined a high-end residential design build landscape firm in Fort Collins, moving up to Lead Designer and Project Manager, overseeing 3 junior designers and multiple crews.
Family always came first, and when his daughter was born, he knew he wanted something that would allow him the flexibility to be a family man. It just so happened around that time, his best friend from college asked him to help build his dream, and Jerome couldn't say no. Fast forward to today, and Jerome couldn't be happier with the decision to jump ship. Still following his passion for design, Jerome is involved with every aspect of the projects, while assisting Dallas with operations and crew management.
Outside of work, Jerome still keeps his lawn the best on the block, enjoys hunting, tinkering on his Mustang, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Cristina, their two daughters, and Labrador, Gunner.
